Description

This project focuses on streamlining sales operations by introducing smarter workflows and modern upgrades. I refactored a large portion of the legacy code and upgraded the system from Laravel 9 to 11 and Filament 2 to 3 to ensure better performance and maintainability. I also built a clear employee hierarchy structure, making task delegation between employees, supervisors, and team leaders much more efficient. To improve scheduling, I integrated Google Calendar syncing so events can be shared seamlessly. For reliability, I added SQL-based backup and restore tools, giving admins full control over their data with minimal effort.
